Shown here are the hinged loading flaps to accommodate the trailer heights 1300-1700 mm --- open-grate floor is used as decking, this provides for good forklift traction and a dry, corrosion-free ramp.

The Flap / Dock Leveler is Designed to adjust Up and down to bridge the gap between he Ramp and container

The Slide Mounted Wheel is designed to work in the toughest conditions.

The Flap / Dock Leveler Lock Locks the plates in upright position for safety when moving ramp.

Optional centre mounted jack for dropping or retracting wheels.

The ramp in motion --- is easily maneuvered into position by forklift (minimum 2 tonne forklift required). To move ramp, front wheels (Slide down) are extended, forklift forks connect into sleeves and ramp is mobile.
